Home visit hours
The hours you're open for at-home visits. Times are local (America/Toronto). Studio hours are under .
Booking rules
How much notice you need, and how far ahead clients can book. These apply to home visits and the studio alike.
Nothing can be booked closer than this.
How far ahead the calendar opens.
The start times clients are offered.
Cancelling closer than this counts as a late cancellation, and moving the time that close goes through you. 0 = no window.
Either way you get an email the moment anyone cancels, and every email to clients has a Cancel button.
Setup & pack-down time for home visits
Padding held either side of every treatment, so back-to-back bookings leave you time to carry the table in, set up, and pack down. Clients only ever see the treatment time.
Driving time between appointments is calculated on top of this automatically.
Client verification
Before a booking is accepted, ask the client to confirm a code — so no one can send you to a fake address.
Reminders
Automatic reminders before each appointment are set up under — how many, and how long before.
Home visit services & prices
What clients can book for a home visit, and what it costs. Studio prices are under .
Massage styles offered
Clients pick one of these when booking (e.g. deep tissue, Swedish). One per line — it's a preference shown to you before the visit, not a separate price.
Home visits
Turn this off to take studio bookings only. Your main booking link then books the studio, and the settings below are kept for when you turn home visits back on.
How far you'll travel
The furthest you're willing to drive to a client, measured by road from your home base. Anyone beyond this is shown an out-of-area message and offered your waitlist instead of times.
Travel fees
What you charge for the drive, in tiers by drive time. A client pays the fee for the first tier that covers their trip; past the last tier (but still within your maximum) the furthest tier's fee applies.
Home base
Client distance and out-of-range are measured from this address.
Home studio
Clients can also come to you. Studio bookings share your calendar, clients, SOAP charts and booking rules with home visits — the details below are the studio's own.
Studio booking page: /visit ·
Where clients come
Your booking page shows only the area. A client gets the street address and how to get in with their booking confirmation, and again in their reminders.
The general area only — never the street address.
Drives between a home visit and a studio client are worked out from your home base (Service area), which should be the studio's address.
Studio services & prices
What clients can book at the studio. No travel fee is added.
Studio hours
When clients can come to you. They can overlap your home-visit hours — the calendar keeps the two from clashing, drive included.
Between studio clients
Time kept free around each studio treatment — to change the linens and air the room. Clients only see the treatment time.
Clients
Everyone who's booked, plus anyone you add.
Waitlist
Out-of-range enquiries — your evidence for where demand is beyond the current limit.
Block list
Blocked emails or phone numbers can't book online.
Appointment reminders
Sent automatically before each booked appointment, with buttons to manage or cancel it. A text goes too if SMS is connected.
A reminder only goes to bookings made before its time — someone booking tonight for 9 a.m. tomorrow won't get the 24-hour one.
Email your clients
One message to a group of clients, with each person's first name filled in. Your contact details and an unsubscribe link are added to every email, as Canada's anti-spam law requires.
What kind of email?
Sent
Emails you've sent to groups of clients.
Account & security
Your practitioner profile, sign-in security, and client records.
On your booking pages
A clear, friendly head-and-shoulders photo. It's shrunk to a small square before it's uploaded.
Change passcode
Used to sign in here. Minimum 8 characters, stored hashed — never in plain text.
Sessions & records
This app keeps your bookings (contact, address, time) and your clients' SOAP charts. Charts are encrypted on the server and only open behind your passcode; edits keep the earlier version and notes can't be deleted, per CMTO record-keeping standards. Export downloads a full backup — bookings, clients, the audit log and (when charts are unlocked) every note — so keep that file as safe as the charts themselves.
